Login Problems
If you are experiencing problems logging in to the site but used to be able to log in successfully, please first check whether you have renewed your membership (you will lose access if you expire). If you have renewed, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. A brief guide on how to do this is shown below.
Please be aware that emptying cache and cookies will also mean you may have to log back in to other sites which remember you.
Internet Explorer 8
From your browser's main menu select "Tools", then "Delete Browsing History" (fig. 1). A window will appear where you can choose which items to delete. Make sure that you check to remove Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and uncheck the first checkbox titled "Preserve Favourites website data" (fig. 2). Finally click the Delete button at the bottom of the window to clear the cache.
If you want to automatically clear the browser's cache whenever you close it, click the Advanced tab. Check the box next to the "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" option (in the section labeled "Security"). Click OK. This will delete everything except cookies.

Firefox
For versions 3.5 and up:
From the main menu, click "Tools", then "Clear Recent History". When asked which time range you would like to clear, choose "Everything". If you would like to selectively choose which types of saved information to remove, click the "Details" drop down and choose from the list you are presented with. Do make sure that you still remove both cookies and browser cache. Finally click "Clear Now".
