A Conference on Giftedness - Education and Development, was also held in Serbia this month. It was organised by Mensa Serbia, and was attended by approximately 100 people.

Some registrants were Mensans but most were teachers, principals and educationalists from all over Serbia, each concerned with giftedness in children under twelve years of age.

Problems associated with giftedness, including those which occur when giftedness is unrecognised, remedies, different approaches and successful ventures were shared and discussed.

This was the second such annual conference in Serbia. It is likely to become a regular annual event.
